Application

If you would like us to find you a place to stay in Groningen, you first need to register with us. Our charge for registration is € 300,-. These costs are non-refundable. For this fee we will find you a suitable place to stay, we will book it for you and we will keep it available untill you arrive. Should you only come for 1 month or less, you do not pay this registration fee.

Apart from these € 300,-, we will also ask you to pay € 325,- (total € 625,-), which will become the deposit of your room after accepting our reservation. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay.

Accommodation in Groningen is scarce, especially in the months of September and February when semesters at the University start. Therefore we recommend you to register at Housing Office as early as you can, preferably 3 months before you arrive.
