Cleaning and maintenance
A cleaning company comes to every International Student House (except Antillenstraat) several times a week. They clean shared toilets and bathrooms, kitchens, washing rooms, all corridors and stairs and the entrance of your building. Floors are being mopped and vacuum cleaned.
The cleaners do not come into your room. Also they will not do your dishes and you need to remove your own rubbish and waste from bathrooms and/or kitchens. Students are responsible themselves for the inside of fridges, freezers and kitchen cupboards. Please respect our cleaners by making sure they can do their job.
If anything is broken in your house, for example the heating, a washing machine, a light bulb, a blockage in one of the toilets, your furniture or anything else, please go to our student manager. He or she will call in the right party to solve the problem.
