The monthly rent for a single room with shared facilities is between €250,- and €500,-. Accommodation in this category is only suitable for one person. The single rooms with shared facilities are fully furnished. This means that you can use inventory items such as a bed (single or double), a desk with a chair, a bookshelf, an armchair or sofa and a wardrobe. Sometimes there is a television and a stereo.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, microwave and several kitchen utensils. The kitchen, toilet and shower are shared. Most of the rooms are part of a bigger location with several rooms. The other tenants can be Dutch or foreign. In most houses you will find a washing machine and an internet connection. Rent usually includes gas, water, electricity and local taxes.
