How to get your Housing Office deposit back?

As soon as you have signed your rental agreement with the landlord, you can get the deposit you paid to Housing Office back from us in cash. Please come to our office with your signed rental agreement and we will refund this money to you (€ 325,-).

Most private landlords will also ask you to pay a deposit for your room. You pay this to him or her upon arrival, together with your first month's rent. This deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay. Do ask your landlord how this will be paid back to you and how you should leave your room.
