Should you have any questions, requests or a complaint, always go to your landlord first. If you are not happy with the way your landlord deals with your question or complaint, you may email us or come to our office at the Friesestraatweg 18 between 9.00-16.00 hours on working days.

The Housing Office may be able to mediate between you and your landlord. Bear in mind though that we are no legal party as far as your rental agreement with your landlord is concerned. Make sure you check all rental conditions carefully (making sure that they suit you and that you understand them!) before you sign your rental agreement with your private landlord.
