Rental conditions

You will sign a rental agreement with your landlord and not with Housing Office. Always carefully check the rental conditions of the agreement as this may vary at in the private sector. You need to know how long you must rent the room (minimum stay) and how long you may stay (maximum stay). Also check if and how you can change your departure date.

Sometimes the rent does not include gas, water and electricity. In this case we advise you check gas and water meters at the beginning and the end of your stay.
